Product Description:
The professional PVC lijm adhesive is an advanced solution for bonding carpet, PVC, vinyl and rubber floors. Formulated on a solvent-free acrylic dispersion , this adhesive provides a strong and durable initial bond, meeting the most demanding requirements of installation professionals.
Application:
Ideal for installing textile or resilient flooring, in rolls or tiles. Can be used on interior floors and walls, being compatible with various substrates. Recommended consumption is 250–350 g/m², offering high efficiency.
The product is available in 10 kg buckets , specially designed for professional use.
How to use:
- Apply the adhesive to a clean, smooth and dry substrate using the squarer® 1 (A3) spatula.
- For uneven substrates, it is recommended to use an equalizer such as egaline 12 floor .
- Allow the adhesive to become transparent (approximately 40 minutes) before assembly.
- Fix the floor with a 45 kg roller to eliminate air bubbles.
- Re-press the joints and ends after about 30 minutes, if necessary.
Application conditions:
- all materials and adhesive must be acclimatized for at least 48 hours in the installation space.
- The temperature of the adhesive, material and substrate must be equal, between +10°C and +25°C.
- Follow the protocols for installation on underfloor heating, where applicable.
Cleaning:
Wet residue can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Tools can be cleaned with water or citronella .

Shelf life and storage:
The product can be stored in its original packaging for 12 months in a dry, frost-free place. It is recommended to use it in the order of delivery (FIFO).
