Products with normal weight and reduced volume are shipped via a trusted courier , for fast and safe delivery. The average delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days , depending on the location and courier.

For large or heavy products, such as carpet rolls, parquet pallets or SPC wall tiles, it is necessary to select the individual transport service . This service ensures safe delivery, avoiding damage and guaranteeing that the products arrive in perfect condition at their destination.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer the possibility of returning or exchanging within 30 days of receiving your order, for products in stock. Products brought on a pre-order basis are not eligible for return .

Products available on pre-order are specially selected to offer you a wider variety of options and premium quality. They will be delivered to you within 15-20 calendar days from payment confirmation , ensuring that they arrive in the best condition.

Please note that products ordered on a pre-order basis cannot be returned later , and canceling the order is not possible .
