We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer the possibility of returning or exchanging within 30 days of receiving your order, for products in stock. Products brought on a pre-order basis are not eligible for return .

Products available on pre-order are specially selected to offer you a wider variety of options and premium quality. They will be delivered to you within 15-20 calendar days from payment confirmation , ensuring that they arrive in the best condition.
